I am an experienced facilitator who began his career in learning and development in the late 1990's. I have since developed and delivered programmes across a wide range of topics and an array of sectors including health and social care, aerospace, defence, local government, education and hospitality.
I am mainly known for my programmes around human behaviour and creating positive working environments. I also have extensive experience of delivering sessions around equality and diversity, inclusion, harassment and discrimination. In addition I have developed video-based programmes that have now been viewed by over 100,000 people in 25 countries.
One of my programmes is Positive Safeguarding Cultures which focuses upon the ways in which organisations can create environments and workplace cultures where the risk of abuse taking place is reduced and the likelihood of people raising their concerns is increased. The programme is based upon my Pillars of Safeguarding model.
