This session has been designed to provide information and guidance to those employees who may have to attend court as part of their role. It focusses upon developing the confidence of the delegate whilst preparing them for giving evidence and cross-examination whilst on the stand.

- The Court personnel
- Your role in court
- Strategies to deal with hostile cross examination on the stand.
